FOUR TO FIVE SMALL HOLES MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT UNSEALED AT REAR EDGE OF FLOOR; ALSO, THERE MAY BE A TEAR IN THE FLOOR SHEET METAL.
Consequence: CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) COULD ENTER THE OCCUPIED PORTION OFTHE AMBULANCE.
Remedy: FILL ANY HOLES IN THE UNDERSIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND FLOOR WITH SILICONE CAULK.
