The contact owns a 2018 MV Agusta Brutale 800 Motorcycle. The contact stated while riding 40-45 MPH, the rear brake was depressed but failed to respond. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact was able to continue riding the motorcycle while using the front brake lever only. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the rear brake pedal had failed.
