I OBSERVED THREE POTENTIAL SAFETY DEFECTS IN MY RECENTLY PURCHASED 2015 MOTO GUZZI V7 SPECIAL. CLUTCH - I OBSERVE A RUBBER BAND ATTACHED BETWEEN THE CLUTCH RELEASE LEVER AND THE NEUTRAL SWITCH. THIS RUBBER BAND WAS PREVENTING THE COMPLETE DISENGAGEMENT OF THE CLUTCH, WHICH RESULTED IN MY INABILITY TO SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL AT STOPS. IT ALSO PREVENTED PROPER CLUTCH CABLE ADJUSTMENT UNTIL IT WAS REMOVED.
