THE CONTACT STATED THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO HAVE NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC: FOUNDATION REPAIR PERFORMED. THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE ROTORS ALSO FAILED WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED WHICH ALSO CAUSED THE BRAKE PEDAL TO EXTEND TO THE FLOOR WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 MONACO MONARCH RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF A RECALL IN MAY 2009. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE RECALL WERE NOT AVAILABLE. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION, WHILE DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF 40 MPH, THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO PULL TO THE RIGHT WITHOUT DRIVER INTENT.
