TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 MONACO KNIGHT. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 50 MPH WHEN WHITE SMOKE EMITTED INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE BRAKE CALIPER FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MECHANIC ALSO STATED THAT THE BRAKE PADS AND THE ABS SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 MONACO COACH KNIGHT. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE AS THE REAR END VEERED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT NOTICED SMOKE AND A BURNING ODOR EMITTING FROM THE REAR WHEEL WELL AND TIRES. THE ABS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR WHEEL HUBS NEEDED TO BE REBUILT INCLUDING THE ROTORS, CALIPERS, WHEEL BEARINGS, FRONT SHIELD COVERS, PADS, AND MASTER CYLINDER.
