WHILE THIS VEHICLE (A SCHOOL BUS, WITH STUDENTS ABOARD), WAS BEING OPERATED ON THE A CITY STREET, THE SCHOOL BUS STOPPED AT A RED TRAFFIC LIGHT AND WHEN THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN THE SCHOOL WOULD NOT THEN MOVE FORWARD OR BACK REGARDLESS OF THE GEAR SELECTED. DRIVING AT 70 MILES PER HOUR ON 1NTERSTATE 4 IN THE CENTER OF 3 LANES THE CAR LOST POWER AND AFTER TRYING TO ACCELERATE,IT COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. WE WERE FORTUNATE TO BE ABLE TO CROSS OVER TO THE RIGHT LANE AND EVENTUALLY FIND A PLACE ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD.
