The contact owns a 2024 Mercedes-Benz E Sprinter. The contact stated that while driving at 10 MPH, there was an abnormally loud sound coming from the passenger’s side of the vehicle. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The contact pulled over to the right side of the road and turned off the vehicle for an hour.
