The contact owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLS450. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH the vehicle crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The front passenger side and driver's side air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained a head injury, right leg and left shoulder injuries and the front passenger sustained unknow injuries.
