TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES BENZ C350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SERVICE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT RANDOMLY FLASHED. AS THE FAILURE PROGRESSED, THE WARNING LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN FIVE TIMES AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REMEDY THE FAILURE AFTER SEVERAL REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE SERVICE ENGINE WARNING LAMP WAS STILL ILLUMINATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,407.
