TL * THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 LINCOLN MARK LT. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE AUTOMATIC WINDOW IN THE REAR WAS ACTIVATED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF; CAUSING THE BATTERY TO DRAIN. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE REAR WINDOW WITH THE IDENTICAL FAILURE FIVE YEARS AGO. THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED TWICE SINCE THE RECENT FAILURE OCCURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE; HOWEVER, THE DEALER WAS NOT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 82,000.
