Lincoln CORSAIR problems and owner complaints

2020-08-29 CAR WAS PURCHASED, DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION THE CAR IS JUST DRIVEN OCCASIONALLY. AFTER THE CAR WAS NOT MOVED FOR OVER 14 DAYS THE CAR WENT INTO DEEP SLEEP MODE. ACCORDING TO THE WARNING (SEE ATTACHED PIC) IT REQUIRES TO MANUALLY TURN ON THE CAR TO DEACTIVATE THIS MODE. THIS IS NOT THE CASE OF THE CORSAIR BECAUSE ON DAILY BASIS THE CAR CONTINUES GOING INTO THE DEEP SLEEP MODE DRAINING THE BATTERY. While driving with cruise control set, an pre-collision assist not available warning showed on the dashboard. Cruise control automatically switched off and the immediately slowed even when pressing the gas pedal. The vehicle began to jerk as if the brakes were automatically activated. The contact owns a 2020 Lincoln Corsair. The contact stated the driver's seat occasionally slid backwards while driving between 5-55 MPH, making it difficult for the driver to reach the pedals. The powertrain control system has detected one of the transmission clutches did not apply within the expected time as expected. It has resulted in delayed and harsh shifts to another gear and sometimes does not. Circumstances include jerking, hesitation and complete failures unpredictably (sudden loss of power), which has created unsafe driving conditions that happened when accelerating or merging into traffic. THE MAIN CABIN HEATING SYSTEM DOES NOT REACH AND MAINTAIN DESIRED TEMPERATURE SETTINGS WHETHER IN AUTO MODE OR IN A MANUAL SELECTION. HEATED STEERING WHEEL HEATS UP MOMENTARILY AND THEN COOLS DOWN EVEN THOUGH THE BUTTON IS STILL ON. DEALER TECHNICIANS WERE ABLE TO RECREATE THE SAME ON OTHER CORSAIRS ON LOT. This luxury car has seat three seat memory positions: When you press the button the seat should go back to the computer-stored position (For the seat and steering wheel). The computer-stored position does not remember the position resulting in one getting jammed against the steering wheel and jamming ones feet into the peddles. While the seat memory recall feature is intended to be disabled unless stopped, the feature can be activated when moving slowly, like when approaching a stop at a stop sign or the garage door. COULD "NOT" FILL TANK WITH FIRST ATTEMPT TO FILL-UP WITH GAS.. HOES KEPT SPILLING OUT AND SHUTTING OFF AS IF IT WAS FULL. HAD TO RETURN TO DEALER FOR REPAIRS. ONE WEEK LATER ON SECOND FILL-UP, THAT WAS SUCCESSFUL, I NOW HAVE A VERY STRONG GAS SMELL IN GARAGE. TAKING BACK TO DEALER TODAY FOR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND GAS SMELL.
