DESCRIPTION OF CONTINUING DEFECT(S) OR CONDITION(S): 1.Continued issues when shifting from park to reverse. 2.An inaccurate description as to the state of charge, with discrepancies between the two state of charge displays. 3.Shifting the vehicle into neutral when the state of charge is depleted with no warning while the vehicle is in motion. 4.Loss of control due to regenerative braking in unfavorable road conditions. 5.Subsequent to the air condition being modified, a loud noise frequently can be heard.
