On the evening of October 29, 2025, my 2025 Lexus RX 450h+ suffered two complete electrical failures within a few hours. The vehicle lost all power and became totally unresponsive , no lights, sounds, or electrical function. During the first failure, both of my young children (ages [XXX] and [XXX] were trapped inside because the doors would not unlock or open manually from the inside or outside.
