Fuel is leaking from high-pressure fuel pump seeping from the fuel pump. The fuel pump was split in half gas was covering everything. As you can see in the photos, fuel is squirting out of the fuel pump.

The contact owns a 2015 Lexus RC 350. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, it ran for a short while before suddenly hesitating and stalling. All attempts to restart the vehicle failed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related it to NHTSA Campaign Number 20V012000 (Fuel System, Gasoline), but the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
