TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 LEXUS RC 200T. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE, IT JOLTED FORWARD. LATER, WHEN THE CONTACT RETURNED TO THE VEHICLE, THE INTERIOR LIGHTING WAS FLASHING, THE STEERING WHEEL TURNED 360 DEGREES, AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS OVERHEATED. THE BREAK PADS TO MY 2017 LEXUS RC 200T ARE GRINDING INTO MY ROTORS. I HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO THE LEXUS DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES (4) AT FIRST I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THE ISSUE, WITH THE DEALER MAKING A RIDICULOUS CLAIM THAT A SMALL PEBBLE JUMPED IN BETWEEN MY BREAK PAD AND ROTORS. THE SECOND TIME THEY TOOK RESPONSIBILITY AND FILED A GOODWILL CLAIM AND REPLACED BRAKES AND DISCS. THIRD TIME THEY COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, REPLACED BREAKS AND DISCS.
