The contact stated while at the carwash and shifting from park (P) to drive (D) the vehicle failed to respond, causing the vehicle behind to hit the rear of his vehicle. The tailgate and the rear bumper sustained minor damage. There was no warning light illuminated. The air bags did not to deploy. There was no injury sustained.
