TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 LEXUS LS460. WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (STEVE LANDERS TOYOTA), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THERE WERE MULTIPLE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS, BUT NO SPECIFIC REPAIR REMEDY FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,336.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 LEXUS LS460. THE CONTACT STATED THAT RODENTS ENTERED INTO HOOD OF THE VEHICLE AND CHEWED THE WIRING HARNESS AND KNOCK SENSOR. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRING HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,690. UPDATED 09/20/16*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED THE FAILURE RECURRED. *JS
