ATTEMPTING TO MERGE UNTO THE HIGHWAY, VEHICLE (2001 LEXUS ES300) WOULD NOT ACCELERATE ABOVE 35 MPH, FORCING ME TO GET OFF TO THE SHOULDER OF THE HIGHWAY.
