1.) SAFETY RECELL N623: GASOLINE FUEL TANK FLANGE ASSEMBLY CRACKING- I HAVE CONTACTED THE LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL. 2.) MY VEHICLE WAS ALSO INCLUDED IN A CLASS LAWSUIT REGARDING THE TIMING CHAINS AND TENSIONERS- THE LAW SUIT WAS APPROVED IN JUNE AND I SUBMITTED ALL OF MY DOCUMENTATION. NO ONE FROM THE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION WILL CONTACT ME BACK.

Had a recall. I wasn't available on the date or a week or so after the appointment date. An ex of mine that had no authority to take my Range Rover into the dealership for the recall to get fixed, used my driver's license to get a rental Land Rover to use while my Range Rover was supposedly being fixed for the leaking fuel tank recall. So, Land Rover didn't care that it wasn't me getting to drive a $70,000 Land Rover while mine was getting fixed for recall. ON THE HIGHWAY, MERRITT 15 IN CT, THE CAR COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN, NO POWER BRAKES, STEERING, NO ABILITY TO SPEED UP. ENGINE SHUT OFF, ALL ELECTRICAL SHUT OFF.
