Owner report 11075190 · 2018-02-27 (February 27, 2018)
AFTER ONLY FIVE DAYS OF OWNERSHIP, MAJOR COMPONENTS OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILED, PARTICULARLY THE DISPLAYS ON ALL OF THE DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INCLUDING ASSISTIVE SERVICES SUCH AS LANE DETECTION. THE SERVICE CENTER FIRST STATED THAT THE PROBLEM EAS SERIOUS AND RELATED TO FAULTY WIRING FROM THE FACTORY. THEY NOW CONTEND THAT THERE IS FAULTY SOFTWARE CAUSING THE SYSTEM TO FAIL.

Owner report 11480398 · 2022-08-21 (August 21, 2022)
2018 Land Rover Range Rover HSE V6, AWD. Two issues: 1.) When shifting into reverse, the rear camera does not come up on the main screen and you have to shift back into park, wait a few seconds and then shift back into reverse. Sometimes it may take 2-3 times to do this for the rear camera to come up on the screen. I am running the latest software/firmware version that Range Rover has automatically sent out (checked by clicking on "update software" and it says you have the latest). 2.) When the rear camera does come up, there is a noticeable,…

Owner report 11441098 · 2021-11-19 (November 19, 2021)
In December 2020, this vehicle had been parked for approximately 30 minutes; after starting the vehicle, the "Power Steering Electronic Assist" light came on; there was no power steering available and it was almost impossible to steer the car. The car was towed to the Land Rover dealer; after 2-3 weeks, the repair was completed. They had to replace a wiring harness to the electronic power steering. We were never told why the harness failed. On November 15, 2021, the same issue occurred. The car had been parked for about an hour. Upon star…
