Owner report 11529913 · 2023-07-01 (July 1, 2023)
On a cold start, when I press the brake and the start button on my vehicle, the vehicle does not turn on it. It takes anywhere between 7-10 tries before the vehicle wants to turn on. I have taken the vehicle to the manufacturer’s service center and have called the manufacturer multiple times and they don’t want to recognize it is an issue. I’ve showed them multiple video evidence of the issue and they don’t want to acknowledge that the vehicle has a problem.

The condition can result in substantially increased stopping distances and creates a serious risk of collision. The issue is intermittent and appears to be directly related to wet-weather operation. I am requesting investigation of the br…
