TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 KYMCO SPADE. THE CONTACT HEARD NOISES COMING FROM THE FUEL PUMP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY POWERSPORTS (4110 LINCOLN BLVD, MARINA DEL REY, CA 90292, [phone removed]) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NEW AND THE NOISES WOULD GO AWAY. A DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS PERFORMED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A SECOND OPINION FROM AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE INITIALIZED AND THE SHIFTER ROD WAS STUCK, WHICH PREVENTED SMOOTH…
