Owner report 11429012 · 2021-08-13 (August 13, 2021)
Fuel tank leak from bottom of fuel tank at the fuel pump gasket. The fuel tank has deformed and the gas tank cannot properly seal with the gasket for the fuel pump and as a result gasoline will leak out of the bottom if the tank. The gas then drips onto the electricals as well as the top of the motor.

Owner report 11519302 · 2023-04-27 (April 27, 2023)
2017 Duke 690 (Base model) with 5600 miles. After filling fuel tank, fuel spills out onto the rider while riding. Very noticeable smell of fuel for hours after riding on my clothes. Current recall, NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V388000 does not include my VIN. Several others report this problem on non-included VINs even including 2018 Duke 690's. I called an authorized KTM dealer and they refused to fix the issue because my bike's VIN is not listed on the current recall. Thank you, Guillaume
