The fuel tank around the filler neck insert is warped which causes fuel to splash out from under the filler neck seal.

Owner report 11494928 · 2022-11-25 (November 25, 2022)

Plastic fuel tank warps at the filler and fuel pump location. The warping causes leaks at these locations. Tank is available for inspection. Fuel tank is leaking. Fuel puddles under vehicle and could be a fire risk. Fuel tank has been replaced twice by a dealer and a recall has been performed. Nothing has helped the issue. The component has not been inspected by anyone but the dealer the previous two times. There are no warning lamps.
