WHEN IN MOTION, AND GEARING DOWN, AS I PULL IN THE CLUTCH THE RPMS DROP. AS THEY DO, THE BIKE WILL INTERMITTENTLY STALL. THIS IS A CONTINUOUS ISSUE. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RUNNING COLD OR HOT. ALSO, THIS BIKE WAS JUST BOUGHT FROM PREVIOUS OWNER. THE TITLE IS NOT YET SIGNED OVER TO ME.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 KTM 390 DUKE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT ALWAYS MENTIONED THAT THE OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER 10 MINUTES THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT ON A DIFFERENT OCCASION, THE VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SCOTT POWERSPORTS, INC 1675 PA-309, COOPERSBURG, PA 18036 [phone removed] WHERE THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACT…

THE WATER PUMP SEALS RUPTURED CAUSING THE ENGINE TO OVERHEAT WHILE TRAVELING DOWN THE HIGHWAY. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION THE BIKE HAD A SUDDEN FULL TRANSMISSION LOCK-UP WHILE TRAVELING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS ON THE HIGHWAY.
