THE BRAKE WIRING WAS INSTALLED FROM THE FACTORY IN SUCH A MANNER THAT RESULTED IN DAMAGED INSULATION, DISCONNECTED WIRES AND DAMAGED PARTS. THIS CREATED INTERMITTENT SHORTING, RESULTING IN LOSS OF ALL BRAKING ON THE TRAILER.

The contact owns a 2017 Keystone Montana equipped with a High Pointe EC942KIW RV Over-the-Range Convection Microwave - 1.5 C/F. The contact stated that upon the start of the microwave, a spark emitted from the microwave. The contact immediately stopped that microwave and unplugged the microwave from the electrical unit. The contact also stated that she noticed a black, burn spot on the back of the microwave where the electrical wire connects. The contact called the microwave manufacturer and they offered no assistance. The microwave had yet to …
