The contact owns a 2020 Keystone Cougar. The contact stated while the RV was stationary, the rear motor turned on independently and fractured the gears. The contact took the RV to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed with needing the gearbox to be replaced. The RV was not repaired but was pending repairs. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V689000 (Electrical System) however, the VIN was not included. A dealer was not contacted. The contact attempted to reach the manufacturer by email…
