Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Arcadia travel trailers. The backer board behind the cabinet for the wardrobe may not have been installed during production.
Consequence: A missing backer board may cause the wardrobe slide room to extend out of the opening, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and if necessary, install steel brackets to stop the slide room when opening, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-444.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain Arcadia 3660RL fifth wheel travel trailers. The Federal Identification Label has the incorrect tire size and tire pressure information.
Consequence: The incorrect tire pressure information may result in unintentionally over-inflating the tires, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the Federal Identification Label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 19, 2021. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 21-417.

Reported: 2022-03-11 (March 11, 2022) · Model years: 2022
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022 Keystone Arcadia, Carbon, Alpine, Avalanche, Cougar, Fuzion, High Country Montana, Hideout, Impact, Montana, Outback, Passport, Raptor, Springdale, and 2021-2022 Sprinter and Bullet fifth wheel and travel trailers. The solar controller may be incorrectly wired, causing certain components and safety alarms, such as carbon monoxide and propane gas detectors, to become inoperable.
Consequence: Inoperable safety alarms increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect voltage readings and correct the wiring as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 2, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-423.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022 Alpine, Impact, Arcadia, Avalanche, Fuzion, and Passport travel trailers, equipped with a 50-amp shore power inlet. The power inlet lug bolts may have been manufactured with excessively hard metal, preventing them from being tightened properly and resulting in a loose wiring connection.
Consequence: Loose wiring can cause an electrical arc or short, increasing the risk of fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the power inlet, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-428.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Arcadia and Cougar trailers equipped with Curt Helux Pin Boxes. The pin box fasteners may have been improperly tightened.
Consequence: The fasteners can loosen and fall out, allowing the towed vehicle to detach from the pin box and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will tighten the pin box fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 24-459.
