Owner report 10268973 · 2009-05-17 (May 17, 2009)

MOTORCYCLE DEFECT: I OWN A 2007 KAWASAKI ZX-10R. BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER AFTER FEW MILES RIDING START TO FEEL SPONGY AND LACK OF STOPPING PERFORMANCE. IN DECELERATIONS FROM HIGH SPEED IS NECESSARY EXAGGERATE FORCE WHEN APPLY BRAKES AND NOTABLE MORE DISTANCE REQUIRED TO A FULL STOP. IS IT AN A NORMAL SITUATION IN A HIGH PERFORMANCE MOTORCYCLE. THE DEALER DENIED TO MAKE A REPAIR OR IMPROVEMENT UNDER WARRANTY. ALSO DEALER ACCEPT IS A FAILURE OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND ADMIT THIS HAS BEEN IMPROVED IN THE 2008 MODEL. *TR
