WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH AND THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED FOR AN URGENT STOP MOTORCYCLE FLIPPED OVER. ALSO, EXCESSIVE VIBRATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BODY. THE CONSUMER FOUND OUT THAT THE FRAME WAS STRESSED WHEN THE MOTOR WAS MOUNTED. *AK

DT: STEERING STEM WAS NOT TIGHTENED DOWN AT THE FACTORY. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT AT THE 600 MILES SERVICE, WHICH WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, CONSUMER STATES HE PAID FOR THE SERVICE, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP, AND THEY FOUND THAT THE NUT WAS LOOSE. AT WHICH POINT THE CONSUMER TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SERVICE DEALER TO GET THE LOOSE NUT FIXED. CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER. CONSUMER NOTICED T MOTORCYCLE WASN'T HANDLING PROPERLY.*AK
