POSSIBILITY THAT THE FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH LUBRICATION.
Remedy: INNER WHEEL BEARINGS WILL BE INSPECTED AND REPACKED WITH LUBRICANT, OR REPLACED IF INSUFFICIENTLY LUBRICATED.
