Owner report 11649367 · 2025-03-19 (March 19, 2025)
ABS , Traction Control, Power brake booster, AEB inoperative after routine brake pads/rotor service. Vehicle was put into service mode via touch screen radio, rear brake service performed. Upon initial brake pedal application, required to exit service mode for rear brakes, to return caliper piston contact to brake pad. The vehicle disables abs and supporting system and sets codes c0050 , c2227 . As a technician my opinion is the extra brake fluid required to take up open space after service is discharged via accumulator into the brake system wi…

Owner report 11630862 · 2024-12-16 (December 16, 2024)
The infotainment center went to error on Jeep with less than 60,000 miles. Owned from new 2 years. The infotainment center can not be accessed and it makes modifications on its own. Like choosing different language of Italian and using euro measurements. There is no way to change this. The biggest issue is that it turned off safety feature which I believe is the forward collision warning. There is no way to change safety setting with out infotainment system. It also believed to be causing battery to drain. Jeep will not assist.

Owner report 11741257 · 2026-06-01 (June 1, 2026)
There was a previous recall for camera system that was fixed using a OTA over the air update per JEEP. This update introduced new problems It disabled the forward collision detection and disabled paddle shifting and other safety features which should also be issued as a RECALL because the dealer is not reputable to this on their own. The fix that they did requires customer to come in and have more work done at their expense and they pretend they didn't cause it but clearly this is a major problem across their whole line of Cars.

Owner report 11678598 · 2025-08-05 (August 5, 2025)
Vehicle stalled out on major highway in 2023, 2024 and 2025. In 2023 and 2024 had vehicle towed to dealership and they could not recreate issue. Then in July 2025 vehicle stalled out and would not start again in major highway and towed again to dealership and they said it was fuel pump issue. This is what should have been detected in 2023 and 2024. I can’t trust the dealer they they will actually fix my vehicle.
