TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JAYCO JAY FLIGHT SLX. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V696000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE PARTS TO DO THE REPAIR WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. CAMPING WORLD OF INDIANAPOLIS (303 SHEEK RD, GREENWOOD, IN) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REMEDY. The contact owns a 2017 Jayco Jay Flight SLX. The contact stated while the RV was stationary, the interior light started to flicker, and the bulbs were extremely hot. The contact also stated that the battery was draining and that the refrigerator was not functioning properly. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and the mechanic associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V696000 (Electrical System) and 17V290000 (Interior Lighting).
