TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 JAGUAR XK. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE CONTACT HAD TO EXERT FORCE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE. ALSO, WHILE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE TOOK THREE SECONDS TO ACCELERATE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.

PARKED IN THE GARAGE, SOMETIME FOR A FEW DAYS OR THE NEXT DAY, THE CAR WILL NOT START ON OCCASIONS. NO SLOW STARTING OR CLICKING OF A BAD BATTERY, JUST A HUMMING THEN NOTHING. NO REASON FOR THE FAILURE. DOESN'T ACT LIKE A LOW BATTERY. I CHARGED THE BATTERY, AND JUMPED IT WITH NO SUCCESS. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS I WOULD GO INSIDE AND RETURNED IN 30 MINUTES OR SO,TRY AGAIN; SOMETIME IT WOULD START.
