Owner report 10888997 · 2016-07-27 (July 27, 2016)

THERE IS A INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ON THE DASH, A/C AND MENU DISPLAY. THE DASH GAS GAGE WOULD FLASH EMPTY WHEN THE GAS TANK IS FULL. THE A/C USNI WOULD CUT OFF AND BACK ON AFTER A WHILE. THE DISPALY MEUN WOULD FLASH OFF EVEN WHEN THE RADIO IS STILL PLAYING. ALL OF THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE CAR IS IN MOTION. IT HAPPENS ON THE HIGHWAY AND CITY DRIVING. THE CAR WAS SERVICED SEVERAL TIME BY THE JAGUAR SERVICE CENTER BUT THE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED.

Owner report 11034013 · 2017-10-17 (October 17, 2017)

MY JAGUAR DISPLAY COOLANT FLASHED AND STATED THAT THE COOLANT LEVEL WAS LOW. SO ON SATURDAY MORNING I CHECKED MY JAGUAR COOLANT LEVEL RESERVOIR AND SURE ENOUGH MY COOLANT WAS VERY LOW. I ALWAYS KEEP A GALLON OF COOLANT ON HAND IN MY GARAGE. SO I TOPPED OFF THE RESERVOIR WITH THE WHOLE GALLON OF COOLANT AND LEFT FOR THE DEALERSHIP. NOW PENSKE JAGUAR AND LAND ROVER WHICH IS ABOUT 14 MILES FROM MY HOME. SO I GOT ON THE 405 FWY SOUTH TO THE 710 LONG BEACH FWY NORTH TO THE 91 FWY SOUTH TO THE 605 FWY SOUTH EXCHANGE TO THE SOUTH STREET EXIT TOWARDS…

Owner report 11003404 · 2017-07-06 (July 6, 2017)

TAKATA RECALL: I TOOK MY CAR INTO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP TO DIAGNOSE A SOUND IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. I WAS TOLD THE CAR NEEDED A WATER PUMP, BRAKE SYSTEM REPAIRS, WHEEL ALIGNMENT, AND NEW TIRES. MORE RECENTLY I WAS TOLD THERE ARE MULTIPLE LEAKS IN CONNECTIONS RELATED TO THE WATER PUMP PROBLEM. THERE IS ALSO VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL. THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT SOUND IS WHEN IDLING IN MY DRIVEWAY; THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATION OCCURS WHILE DRIVING ON LOCAL STREETS; IT DOES NOT OCCUR WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS.
