THE CONTACT EXPLAINED THAT EARLY IN DECEMBER 2006 WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE BETWEEN 40 TO 45 MPH AND BEFORE COMING TO A STOP SIGN THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED.
