UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING AND CLIMATIC CONDITIONS, WATER CAN ENTER THE ACCELERATOR CABLE HOUSING AND FREEZE.
Consequence: THROTTLE WOULD NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY WHEN DRIVERS FOOTIS REMOVED FROM THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL.
Remedy: REPLACE ACCELERATOR CABLE WITH A NEW CABLE THAT IS DESIGNED TO PREVENT WATER INTRUSION.
