BRAKES ARE ENGAGING ON ITS OWN. EVEN WHEN DRIVING AT VERY HIGH SPEEDS. I WAS ON A MAJOR INTERSTATE IN OHIO AND THE TRUCK WAS BRAKING VERY HARD ON ITS ON. HAPPENED ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS ON THE SAME DAY

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 INTERNATIONAL LONESTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAVING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS WERE INOPERABLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MCCANDLESS INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS, INC (3780 LOSEE RD, NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV 89030, [phone removed]) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE RELAY FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 155,122.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 INTERNATIONAL LONESTAR. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY DECELERATED TO APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH. ALSO, AN INDICATOR STATING THAT THE FUEL TANK WAS LOW ON FUEL ERRONEOUSLY APPEARED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE DEF SYSTEM WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 187,000.
