I OWN A 2001 INTERNATIONAL 4700 SERIES TRUCK. VIN NUMBER: [XXX]. ON MAY 4, 2004 I WAS TRAVELING IN WEST VIRGINIA WHEN THE LEFT FRONT HUB, BRAKE, AND BRAKE CALIPER GOT EXTREMELY HOT AND CAUGHT ON FIRE. THE TRUCK SEIZED UP ALMOST CAUSING A SEVERE ACCIDENT. I WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL GARAGE AND REPAIRS WERE MADE. THE RESULTS ON THE REPAIR BILL WERE AS FOLLOWS: TROUBLESHOOT BRAKE DEFECTS/COMPLAINTS. CHECK LEFT FRONT WHEEL AND BRAKES. HOSE FLAP BLOCKED FLOW OF FLUID AND CAUSED CALIPER TO HANG WHICH RUINED BRAKE PAD AND ROTOR. REPLACED CALIPER, ROTOR, B…
