WE HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. IT KEEPS POPING OUT OF 5TH GEAR AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THIS IS NOT ONLY NERVE RACKING BUT DANGERIOUS. NOW THAT I AM TRYING TO SELL CAR AND DISCLOSING THIS NO ONE WANTS IT. BUT TODAY WAS A CALL FROM A BUYER WHO FIRST ASKED, " DOES THE CAR POP OUT IN 5TH GEAR" I SAID YES AND HE WENT INTO THAT THIS IS AN INHERANT PROBLEM IN THE DESIGN OF NISSON AND INFINITY MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
