THERE ARE TWO CHINESE MANUFACTURERS WHO HAVE OBTAINED DOT CERTIFICATION IN CHINA, FROM HANGZHOU WORLD ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL SERVICE CO., LTD (I BELIEVE). BOTH MODELS ARE POCKET BIKES THAT HAVE MANY SEVERE SAFETY VIOLATIONS. THE FIRST MANUFACTURES WMI IS L4S & L4B. THERE IMPORTER IS NEWSTAR SCOOTERS IN CA. THIS MODEL DOES NOT EVEN HAVE AN ODOMETER, LEGAL HEADLIGHT, DIRECTIONAL OR SAE HARDWARE TO NAME A FEW. THE MODEL THEY USED HAS A HORRIBLE HISTORY OF THE SWINGARM TWISTING AFTER 10 HOURS OF USE.
