CARBURETOR IS SET TOO "LEAN TO RUN" WHICH IS SET BY THE EPA . THIS CAUSED MOTORCYLE TO STALL UNEXPECTEDLY WHICH MAY RESULT IN A CRASH. DEALER SAID THAT CONSUMER NEEDED TO "REKIT" THE CARBURETOR WITH RICHARD JET NEEDLES. DEALER COULD NOT MODIFY CARBURETOR DUE TO EPA STANDARDS. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION.*AK
