THE PARKING BRAKE HANDLE ANCHOR/PIVOT SCREW WORKS LOOSE (OUR SCOOTER HAS ONLY 30 MILES RIDDEN) - AND THERE IS NO LOCK TO PREVENT LOSS OF THE SCREW. IF THE SCREW IS LOST, THE PARKING BRAKE HANDLE COMES OFF THE OPERATING ARM - DISABLING THE PARKING BRAKE. *NM
