PLEASE REFER TO MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT NUMBER OF 11217973 IN WHICH I DIDN'T LIST THE PROBLEM UNDER THE NC700 CATEGORY AND MISTAKENLY LISTED IT AS THE HONDA NM4 (COMMON NAME FOR THIS MOTORCYCLE). THE ORIGINAL INFO IS BELOW: THIS IS A HONDA MOTORCYCLE WITH A DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION (DCT). MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHO OWN THESE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A BOLT COMING LOOSE INSIDE THE DCT THAT CAUSES THE BIKE TO GET STUCK IN ONE GEAR. MY MACHINE FAILED IN MAY OF 2019 WHILE COMING OFF A FREEWAY.
