WHEN I ATTEMTPED TO TURN ON THE HIGH BEAMS ON MY 1997 HONDA ACCORD, THE DRIVERS SIDE WOULD NOT TURN ON. I WENT TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE TO REPLACE THE BULB, BUT THE BULB HAD NOT BURNED OUT. AFTER INVESTIGATING, I HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM LIES WITHIN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND IS NOT FROM A BLOWN FUSE. THE PASSENGER SIDE HIGH BEAM WORKS FINE.
