WHEN COLD CLUTCH DOES NOT DISENGAGE FULLY TO THE POINT THAT IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT INTO NEUTRAL. NEED TO SHUT MOTORCYCLE OFF SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL AND LET IT WARM UP. AFTER WARMING UP STILL SLAMS INTO GEAR BUT WILL GO INTO NEUTRAL. SUSPECT CLUTCH NOT FULLY DISENGAGING. THANK YOU *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HONDA GL1800B. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REMEDY FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V700000 (SERVICE BRAKES) WAS PERFORMED ON 3/8/2016. AFTER THE REMEDY WAS INSTALLED, THE REAR BRAKES PERFORMED ABNORMALLY. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO CONFIRMED THE FAILURE. WHEN STOPPING THE MOTORCYCLE, BOTH THE REAR AND FRONT BRAKES HAD TO BE USED TO PREVENT THE FAILURE FROM OCCURRING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
