On Thursday [XXX] I left San Marcos, CA and drove north to meet with my future father-in-law who lives in Shady Canyon, located in Irvine, CA. the steering wheel will get stuck while turning slowly, mostly only while turning to the left, if I remove my hand from the wheel it will stay in that spot and not return to center without effort to free it. It does not always happen and seems to be more prevalent in warmer weather rand when the car has been driving for a little while. It also occurs, when I am driving down the hwy when it is acting up, it is difficult to make corrections because the steering feels stuck and requires effort to break free. While driving on the freeway at 70 mph, my car started sputtering and out of instinct I placed the gear into neutral. Shortly after doing that the car died while moving. I tried a rolling/moving restart on the car by placing it in 6th gear, hold the clutch in and restart the ignition with no luck. Coasted the car to the nearest freeway exit and into a parking lot. When braking at 30mph +, brake is very stiff. I also noticed that my brake rotors on the front right(passenger side) were clean or smooth, but on the brake rotors on the left side(driver side) were still rusted, because of water during the car washing. i knew that the front left brake arent braking. Did a proper brake bleeding on all four, and only the Front left had no fluid at all and the brake fluid was filled to full.

Transmission problems I have a manual transmission when you shift from 1 to second and from second to third gear sometimes the transmission will grind. I have 16.500 miles on my car and the power train should be covered under warranty. I took it to my honda dealership and the honda technician will not drive the vehicle to make the problems arise.
