The contact stated while driving at various speeds and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle hesitated while responding, causing the braking distance to be extended. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the steering wheel suddenly became very difficult to turn in either direction, with the power steering failure message displayed.
