CAR JUMPS WHEN GAS PRESSED. IN THE PAST IT WAS ONLY OCCASIONAL BUT NOW IT IS MORE FREQUENT. LAST WEEK THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THE TRANSMISSION IS THE PROBLEM. THIS CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN SERVICED BY THE HONDA DEALER AND ONLY DRIVEN ON WEEKENDS. . AFTER RESEARCHING I FOUND OUT THAT THE TRANSMISSION ON HONDA ACCORDS IS A KNOWN DEFECT. THERE WAS A CLASS ACTION BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED.
