The contact owns a 2024 Honda ADV160 Motorcycle. The contact stated that while riding 35 MPH in cold weather, there was an abnormal sound coming from behind the handlebars near the windscreen. The contact stated that on several occasions while riding at various speeds, the instrument cluster froze. Additionally, the contact stated that while attempting to refuel the motorcycle, the contact was unable to open the fuel tank.
